It looks like the addition of the writing portion of the SAT has helped students at my alma mater, Karns City High School, go from just about average to slightly above every year. Either that or the addition is hurting students across the state.

And, as a whole, scores are up in verbal and math from the year I took the SATs. Go Gremlins, or something.
